Okay, listen up sushi lovers---if you haven't tried the Hand Grenade at East by Southwest, drop everything and go. I've tried almost every roll on the menu, but this one? Boom! Flavor explosion in every bite. The shrimp, scallop, spicy aioli, and sweet soy sauce team up like a dream squad of deliciousness. It's like your taste buds throw a party and everyone's invited. Trust me, this roll is a game-changer, a must-try, and officially one of my favorites. I'm a fan for life!

Brussel Sprout Chips review by Linda
It is hard to wax poetically about something that is a vegetable but the brussel sprout chips appetizer has been elevated by East By Southwest into an incredible start to a wonderful meal. My husband loves brussel sprouts and I merely tolerate them. Therefore, when he asked me to taste them, I was not only pleasantly surprised but truly impressed and ate most of the basketful. We have planned our next dinner at East by Southwest in two weeks and the brussel sprout chips will most definitely be our starter. Recommend 10/10.

This is our go-to everytime we dine at East By. It is absolutely delicious, fresh and full of flavor..! Nata, the sushi chef always makes our dine experience extra amazing when we sit at the Chef's bar. Highly recommend!!!
