Owners: Sergio and Hydi Verduzco

Hydi Verduzco: Education BS from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, College of Hotel and Restaurant Administration. Hydi has 15 years of restaurant experience working in Las Vegas hotels and Bel Air Hotel Costa Careyes in Mexico. Most recently, general manager of Eagles Bar and Grille/Euphoria Sushi in Telluride, CO.

Sergio Verduzco: Sergio is graduate of the Culinary Institiute of America (CIA), BS from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, College of Hotel and Restaurant Administration, and California Sushi Academy. Sergio has 22 years of experience as a chef. Previously Executive Chef of Bel Air Hotel Costa Careyes, Mexico and Eagles Bar and Grille/Euphoria Sushi in Telluride, CO.

Focus of East of Southwest: Pan Asian cuisine featuring a collage of Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Japanese with a full service sushi bar. Extensive options for vegetarians, many stir-fry dishes, noodles and seafood. We also feature an extensive sake and Asian beer list. Creative martinis and libation such as mojitos and sake cocktails. There is a nice mix of custom blended herbal teas and a tonic bar featuring herbal tinctures and aphrodisiacs with Tahitian Noni Juice as a base mixer.

Our menus for food and beverage focus on high energy items that promote a healthy life style. We strive to create cuisine that is low fat, light and healthy using the freshest ingredients available. We use many organic products and our poultry is hormone free.



HOURS OF OPERATION:
LUNCH: Monday - Saturday 11:30am - 3pm.
DINNER: 7 days a week starting at 5pm. Happy Hour daily 5 - 6pm.
Reservations are accepted for parties of 8 or more.
