We serve healthy, vibrant fusion style cuisine rooted in the cultures of Japan, the Pacific Rim, & Latin America.  Our seafood is of the highest quality available.  We use mostly line caught fish from Hawaiian Day boats, and we fly it in within days of capture for optimum freshness.

We serve only certified organic poultry, and we proudly feature 'Kobe' & Harris Ranch all natural Free Range Black Angus Beef.  In the sushi bar we serve cutting edge sushi and sashimi with something for everyone including many vegetarian options.  We prepare all our dishes fresh to order, as such we appreciate your patience.  Please keep in mind quality takes time.
